IAEA chief in Iran Sunday morning to discuss JCPOA
EghtesadOnline: Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano is expected to arrive in Iran on Sunday morning to discuss the implementation of nuclear deal called JCPOA.
According to the official website of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Amano will meet Head of the AEOI Ali Akbar Salehi and some other Iranian officials during his trip to Tehran.
It is expected that Amano discuss Iran and IAEA cooperation in technical and safeguard fields as well as implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
According to IRNA, this is the second visit by head of IAEA after implementation of nuclear deal. Amano paid a visit to Iran on January 17, 2016 a day after implementation of the JCPOA.
