EghtesadOnline: Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei appointed Parviz Fattah and Morteza Bakhtiari respectively as the heads of Mostazafan Foundation and Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in separate decrees on Monday.

Fattah, who has just left his position as head of IKRC, is replacing Mohammad Saeedikia in Mostazafan Foundation for a five-year period, the Leader's website reported. He had earlier served as a managing director under the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps in 2010-16 and energy minister in 2005-10.

Bakhtiari, who is replacing Fattah at IKRC, has held different government positions, including as justice minister (2005-09).

IKRC is a charitable organization that supports poor families to help them regain their financial stability, Financial Tribune reported.

Mostazafan Foundation is a social welfare institution that controls manufacturing and industrial companies whose profits are used to promote the living standards of the disabled and poor individuals.
