French parliament speaker due in Tehran
EghtesadOnline: Special Aide to Parliament Speaker for International Affairs Hossein Amir Abdollahian announced on Sunday that French Parliament Speaker Claude Bartolone is slated to pay an official visit to Tehran in the coming days.
“Bartolone will meet his Iranian counterpart Ali Larijani on Tuesday to discuss the latest bilateral and parliamentary ties as well as regional and international developments,” Amir Abdollahian said.
He underlined that parliamentary ties will be of paramount importance in the negotiations between Larijani and Bartolone, according to ILNA.
Amir Abdollahian said that Bartolone will meet President Hassan Rouhani and other senior Iranian officials during his visit to Iran.
