EghtesadOnline: Iranian Ambassador to Russia Mehdi Sanaie said that issuing visa for businessmen and tourists of Iran and Russia has increased by 100 percent.

He said following agreements and measures taken to facilitate visa issuance for nationals of the two sides, especially for businessmen, it is expected that some visa-related problems of Iranian passengers and trades would be completely removed in near future, reports ISNA.

He also referred to Tehran-Moscow cooperation in Syria, and said, “The process on Syria has been more considerable over the past two years and we have witnessed close relations of Iran and Russia in various domains.”

Sanaie continued that Iran embassy in Russia is ready for supporting commercial and trade activities between Tehran and Moscow.
