TCCIM to Organize 2 Business Courses

The first course titled “Letters of Credit” is scheduled to be held from Oct. 25 on Mondays from 5-8 p.m. Topics to be covered include risks in foreign trade, payment methods in foreign trade, processes and parties involved, how to cover the risk in each method, pattern of development of payment methods, different letters of credit, documentary credit process and laws of letters of credit, the news portal of TCCIM reported.

The second course titled " Commercial Contract Drafting Skills" is scheduled from Nov. 28 on Sundays and Tuesdays from 4-7 p.m. Topics to be covered include legal-practical aspects of contracts, parties to the contract, obligations involved, taxes and legal duties, maximum liability and adjustment of the contract’s value.
