New IMIDRO Chief Appointed
EghtesadOnline: Minister of Industries, Mining and Trade Alireza Razm-Hosseini appointed Vajihollah Jafari to replace Khodadad Gharibpour as the chairman of Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization.
Jafari had earlier served as the managing director of Iran Minerals Production and Supply Company, Mehr News Agency reported.
State-owned Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization, including its subsidiaries, has a 30% share in the country’s mineral extraction.
