Call for Executing Tax Deal With India
EghtesadOnline: President Hassan Rouhani has asked the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance to implement the legislation on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to income tax between India and Iran, Mehr News Agency reported
The Indian Cabinet has already approved a double taxation avoidance agreement between India and Iran, which will promote investment flow and curb tax evasion.
The agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to income tax between India and Iran was approved by the Indian Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an official statement was cited by Indian daily newspaper The Economic Times in 2018.
