Hotels, Restaurants Inflation at 34.3%

EghtesadOnline: The average Consumer Price Index of hotels and restaurants in the 12-month period ending May 20, which marks the end of the second Iranian month, Ordibehesht, increased by 34.3% compared with last year’s corresponding period.

The CPI of the group stood at 196.7 for the period under review, indicating a 0.9% increase compared with the month before.

The index, with a coefficient of 1.44%, registered a year-on-year increase of 16.5%, the Statistical Center of Iran reported.
