EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 256.11 points or 0.19% on Tuesday to end trading at 133,584.4.
About 2.65 billion shares valued at $227.84 million changed hands at TSE for the day.
Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.
Damavand Mining Company was the biggest winner, as its shares went up 5.66% to 15,188 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.
MAPNA Group incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 5.44% to 3,233 rials per share.
Iran National Copper Industries Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Parsian Oil and Gas Development Group and Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran.
MAPNA Group also emerged as the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Omid Investment Group and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex.
The Price Index gained 75.11 points to close at 39,167.6.
The First Market Index was up 118.88 points to post 97,106.
The Second Market Index added 843.81 points to reach 272,286.
The Industry Index scored 124.69 points to register 122,849.7.
The Free Float Index was up 533.31 points to hit 141,995.15.
The TSE 30 gained 28.58 point to settle at 6,704.5 and the TSE 50 ended 16.45 points higher to finish at 5,856.2.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 4.86 points or 0.32% to close Tuesday trade at 1,532.15.
About 824.39 million securities valued at $102.57 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.
Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 403.51 million of its shares worth $16.47 million were traded.
Pasargad Oil Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Bank Day registered the highest value increase.
Rishmac Productive and Exports Company, Afranet Company and Hotel Parsian Kowsar suffered the biggest decline.
Marun Petrochemical Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Esfahan Steel Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
