EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 169.40 points or 0.21% to end Wednesday trade at 82,541.8.

About 920 million shares valued at $60.96 million changed hands for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Motorsazan Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.99% to 7,744 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Kordestan Cement Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 9.72% to 1,161 rials per share.

Telecommunications Company of Iran gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company and National Iranian Copper Industries Company.

Tamin Petroleum & Petrochemical Investment Company weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Iran Tractor Forging and Glucosan Company.

The Price Index gained 54.90 points or 0.21% to close at 26,746.3. The First Market Index added 149.40 points or 0.26% to post 57,895. The Second Market Index gathered 203.70 points or 0.11% to reach 179,594.7. The Industry Index was up 163.30 points or 0.23% to register 71,512.9. The Free Float Index rose by 175.46 points or 0.19% to hit 90,665.90. The TSE 30 gained 9.30 points or 0.28% to settle at 3,334.4 while the TSE 50 Index edged up 7.40 points or 0.23% to finish at 3,226.7.

 IFX Adds 4.34 Points

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 4.34 points or 0.36% to close Wednesday trade at 939.9.

Close to 182 million securities valued at $23.06 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 57.1 million of its shares valued at $1.24 million changed hands.

Kosar Insurance, MobineOne Kish and Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company registered the highest value increase.

Tadbirgaran Fars & Khuzestan Company, Chaharmahal Sugar Company and Atieh Dadeh Pardaz suffered the biggest decline.

Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Damavand Power Generation Company had the most positive impact on the IFB benchmark.
