Tehran Hosts Agrofood 2017
EghtesadOnline: Iran Agrofood 2017 opened at the Tehran International Fairground on Tuesday with the participation of about 1,500 companies from Iran and foreign countries.
Firms from Austria, the UK, Brazil, Bulgaria, Denmark, Japan, Syria, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Belgium, China, Finland,, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, South Korea, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Canada, Lebanon, Georgia, Hungary, the UAE and India participated in the expo.
The exhibitors are showcasing a range of products, including meat, dairy, semi-prepared and prepared food, conserves, nuts, herbs and dried vegetables, spices, fizzy drinks and non-carbonated beverages, mineral water, tea, rice, grains and pulses, flour, starch, sugar cube and sugarcane industries, vegetable and animal oils, as well as related machinery.
The event will run through May 26, according to Financial Tribune.
