EghtesadOnline: The Governor of Central Bank of Iran (CBI) said on Saturday that the JCPOA has terminated all nuclear-related sanctions.

Talking on the sidelines of a banking conference in Babolsar, Mazandaran Province, Valiollah Seif said, “All the nuclear-related banking sanctions have been terminated.”

Referring to the source of some of the problems of Iran's banks, he said, “The world banking system is always developing and because we have been disconnected from the system, we need to try hard to establish international standards to solve the problems, if any.”

According to IRNA, he added that the current situation of Iran’s banking system is not comparable to what it used to be before the JCPOA; many opportunities have arisen and Iran’s foreign trade has also developed.
