EghtesadOnline: As a post-JCPOA act, Iran's Ministry of Road and Urban Development reached an agreement to lease financing a deal to purchase 77 planes, including Airbus and Boeing aircraft.

In addition to leasing 77 new planes, negotiations are underway to finance buying 17 Airbus, 6 Boeing and 8 ATR planes, IRNA reported.

Iran also has held talks with Germany’s MTU Company on repairing and supplying spare parts.

Earlier, Iran had signed MoU to buy 80 Boeing planes worth $16.6b, 100 Airbus passenger planes worth $17b and 20 mid-sized ATR aircraft worth 400 million dollar.

Iran Aseman Airlines and Rolls-Royce Company agreed to buy 100 Tay-650 engines and to facilitate supplying spare parts and the agreement will be finalized if financial problem solved.
