EghtesadOnline: New startup Cherahat (a mash-up word in Persian which means how easy) is an online home repairs provider launched in Mashhad. Founded by Hossein Rezaei, the platform offers wiring, plumbing, cleaning, gardening and kitchen cabinet services.
The business operates 24/7 online and customers can place orders and mention the type of service they want, the time and the place either through the website or by phone.
According to Cherahat’s website, some of the services available have fixed rates but most are negotiable depending on the exact nature of the work and after the serviceman visits the address where the work is to be done.
Background checks have been conducted on all the personnel working for the company to ensure customer safety, Financial Tribune reported.
After the establishment of startups such as Cleanx, Ostadkar, and Sanjaq, which offer cleaning or repair services in Tehran, Cherahat and Achareh are two startups in the same realm in the shrine city of Mashhad the capital of northeastern Khorasan Razavi Province.
