EghtesadOnline: Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Mektic and the Iranian Ambassador to Sarajevo Mahmoud Heydari underlined development of all-out ties.
The two officials in a meeting in Sarajevo on Friday called for development of political, economic and security cooperation between the two states.
They also stressed development of cooperation in fighting terrorism.
According to IRNA, Mektic and Heydari underlined removal of obstacles on the way of two countries' relations and facilitating visa issuance between them.
During the meeting, Mektic said that Bosnia is committed to boost all-out ties with Iran.
Iran and Bosnia should exchange information on various aspects of security threats in the world today, he noted.
The Iranian envoy for his part referred to the cultural and historical relations between Iran and Bosnia and said after removal of unjust anti-Iranian sanctions, ground is now ready for promotion of economic, industrial, agricultural and tourism cooperation between the two countries.
Bosnia's presidential council member Baqer Ezzat Begovic recent visit to Iran paved the way for enhancement of the two states' relations, he said.
