EghtesadOnline: Managing-Director of Iran Civil Aviation Organization Farhad Parvaresh said on Tuesday that a delegation from Airbus visited Tehran last week and another delegation from the French aircraft manufacturer are currently on a visit to Tehran to regulate the deal.

Parvaresh said that talks are also underway with representatives from ATR company (a subsidiary of Airbus in Italy manufacturing 50-seat aircraft).

He made it clear that Iran Air plan to buy Airbus is still valid, according to IRNA.

He said that the agreement with ATR is for buying 20 small planes proper for cities with small airports.
