EghtesadOnline: President Hassan Rouhani and his entourage returned to Tehran on Monday evening from a tour to three Southeast Asian countries.
Upon his arrival at Tehran's Mehrabad International Airport, the president was accorded warm welcome by Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri as well as Ali-Akbar Velayati, a top advisor to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on international affairs, and a number of cabinet ministers, reports IRNA.
President Rouhani left Tehran for Hanoi, Vietnam, last Wednesday on the first leg of his Southeast Asian tour.
The president then arrived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Friday as the second leg of his tour.
The tour then took him to Thailand where he attended the second Summit of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) in addition to meeting top-ranking Thai officials.
