EghtesadOnline: Iran’s Energy Exchange welcomes foreign investments with no restrictions, a senior energy official said on Monday.
Managing Director of Energy Exchange Ali Hosseini said those foreign purchasers who have received a code from the organization could apply for tenders put up by the energy exchange, stressing that they face no restrictions for their activities.
According to IRNA, he noted that international sector of the Energy Exchange possesses half of its volume and said the foreign purchasers could gain access to the commodities being offered through Iranian companies which are active in export sectors.
Since Iran has one of the largest energy resources in the world, its Energy Exchange was established on March 09, 2013. Various energy based products and commodities are listed and traded in Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX).
