EghtesadOnline: Developing Qom-Linxia economic and cultural ties was discussed in a meeting between Qom governor general and Linxia officials.
On the third day of his trip to Gansu, Qom Governor General Mahdi Sadeghi was officially welcomed by Linxia Governor and China's ruling party representative, IRNA reports.
The two sides discussed the implementation of Qom-Linxia former MoU on economic and cultural fields like participating in Halal World Food exhibition, launching Persian language in Linxia University and also Chinese language in Qom Universities.
Expressing pleasure with the expansion of trade, economic and cultural ties between Qom and Muslim cities of China, the Governor of Linxia referred to getting permission to launch Persian language course in the technology college of Linxia, saying that, 45 students will be received in the current year.
Sadeghi also visited Linxia seminary and its seminarians.
Participating in the opening ceremony of international exhibition on investment and trade in China, Sadeghi visited Iranian stall which was equipped by merchants of Qom.
