EghtesadOnline: First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri said on Monday that great works should be done to provide jobs for the young population.
According to IRNA, he made the remarks in a meeting with directors of Khatam al-Anbia heaquarters.
'Major works should be done: Major works in oil and gas, dam building, energy, transport, railway, construction of roads, industries and mines. It does not mean however to ignore minor projects; rather, to create jobs, the economy should be put on agenda, small and medium-sized projects are helpful to remove unemployment,' Jahangiri said.
Jahangiri said that economic development and progress of the country is the wish of any Iranian revolutionary Muslims.
He hoped for an end to clashes and bloodshed of Muslim Ummah and unity and integration in the Muslim World.
He hoped that Takfiri groups will be wiped off from the Middle East and peace and security will be restored in Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Libya and other Muslim states.
The Veep said that Iran is now the center of stability and security in the region, while the neighboring countries suffer from humanitarian crises, bloodshed and chaos.
