Iran exported 1.61 million tons of goods worth $653.37 million to Thailand during the period, indicating a 85.46% and 125.60% increase respectively year-on-year. Exports to Thailand had a 1.37% and 1.57% share in tonnage and value of Iran’s total non-oil exports respectively during the 11-month period, making it Iran’s ninth biggest export destination. Thailand exported 495,906 tons of goods worth $298.31 million to Iran during the same period, down by 7.96% in tonnage and up by 7.12% in value YOY. Imports from Thailand made up 1.46% and 0.63% of Iran’s total imports in tonnage and value respectively, making Thailand the 22nd biggest exporter of goods to Iran during the period under review, Financial Tribune reported.
