EghtesadOnline: Two tripods for the flare stacks of the South Pars phases 23 and 24 are ready to be installed in the Persian Gulf, the director of phases 22-24 said.

Farhad Izadjou added that the equipment will be dispatched by the Iranian Iran Marine Industrial Company's carrier CPad on Tuesday, the National Iranian Oil Company's portal reported.

"The installation of two offshore structures will be an important move in the completion of phases 22-24, which are in a good stage of development," he said.

According to the official, phases 22, 23 and 24 have registered a work-in-progress rate of 88.2%, Financial Tribune reported.

"The onshore refinery has made 92% progress and the construction of four offshore platforms is 86% complete."

A standard phase of South Pars is designed to produce 56 million cubic meters per day of gas. South Pars Gas Field holds an estimated reserve of 40 trillion cubic meters.
