EghtesadOnline: Head of Borujen Department of Environment said that over 150,000 aquatic and flocks birds arrived in Choghakhor and Gandoman wetlands in this province in west of country.

'In the beginning of cold season in Siberia and Central Asia, migratory birds on their annual migration path to the tropics of the Persian Gulf arrived in wetlands of the province, Morteza Mansouri told IRNA on Tuesday.

'Most of these migratory birds consist of ducks, Eurasian coots, herons and swallows,' he added.

He said that his organization is frankly monitoring the movement of the birds and checking their health, according to IRNA.

Choghakhor and Gandoman wetlands are located in the south of Borujen town, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province.
